Irina Vasilieva

M.D, radiologist, Head of EMC Mammology clinic.

Graduated from the 1st Sechenov  Moscow Medical Institute obtaining a degree in Medicine, with subsequent specialization at the Department of X-ray Imaging.

She continued her education at the Department of Radiation Diagnostics and Radiation Therapy of the Academic Medical Centre in Amsterdam, where she studied major issues of comprehensive radiation diagnostics, radiation therapy, as well as problems in the treatment of acute and children’s chronic leukaemia.

She was Head of the Department of X-ray Imaging and Ultrasound Diagnostics of the Centre for Sport Medicine of the Moscow City Committee of Health for 7 years.

Dr Vasilieva is an author of a number of scientific publications and a participant at international radiological conferences.
